Why it is useful
Still the most accessible way to run GPU-accelerated ML code for free. The free tier gives enough compute to run inference on 7B models, fine-tune small models, or work through ML tutorials that require a GPU. The zero-setup environment with pre-installed PyTorch, TensorFlow, and transformers means you can go from opening a browser to running a model in under a minute.
