The Forest

A one-button portal into the weird, personal, and overlooked corners of the internet.
The Forest is a website with one idea: bring back the feeling of getting lost on the web. You press a single button and are taken to someone else's personal website, with no algorithm and no map, just a stranger's corner of the internet.
The sites are planted by visitors, so you can add your own and become part of the walk. It was made by Manu and Carl. It works as a small-web discovery tool, and the quality of each destination depends on who planted it, so part of the fun is not knowing what comes next.
Why it is useful
The Forest is a curated random web wanderer — no algorithm, no feed, just a button that drops you into someone's world. A deliberate antidote to the predictable modern web.
